ORDER PREPARATION
Preparation Times. The time it takes to prepare an order varies depending on the product and stock availability.
- Products in stock: These will be prepared within a maximum of 24 business hours from order confirmation.
- Products made to order: The preparation time will be communicated to the customer by email with the estimated preparation date once the order is received.
Packaging. Products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport. Recycled and biodegradable materials are used whenever possible.
SHIPPING AREAS
At LUXUTI, we ship to all countries in continental Europe and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. See the specific conditions for international shipments below.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping selected:
- Between 24 and 48 hours for shipments throughout the Iberian Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, 1 to 2 additional days.
- Between 1 and 5 days for international shipments, depending on whether the shipment is Standard or Express.
At LUXUTI, we are committed to delivering orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, inclement weather, or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. You can check the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before finalizing it. At LUXUTI, we offer free shipping for orders over €100 (before tax).
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
By going to the “Order History” section of your customer account, you can view your order details and find a link to track your shipment.
DELIVERIES
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday during business hours. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. If we are unable to deliver your order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will also contact you explaining where your order is and how to have it reshipped. Any additional costs incurred due to the inability to deliver because you provided an incorrect delivery address, incorrect phone number and/or email address, or due to repeated absence of the recipient or failure to collect your package from the carrier's depot within the time frame specified by each carrier according to their terms and conditions, will be the responsibility of the buyer. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At LUXUTI, we ship throughout the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs for international shipments vary depending on the destination. Check the specific conditions for your case by contacting our customer service.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. See the return conditions in our return policy.
