What type of jewelry does LUXUTI offer?

We offer premium quality titanium jewelry specially designed for professionals in the piercing and body aesthetics industry. Our entire range is manufactured exclusively with Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy (90% Titanium, 6% Aluminum, 4% Vanadium), strictly complying with the international ASTM F136 standard.

This guarantees biocompatibility, strength, and excellent tolerance for sensitive skin.

Why titanium and not other materials?

Implant-grade titanium is the most hypoallergenic material available for body jewelry. For this reason, we do not sell surgical steel or gold jewelry.

Does the jewelry have external threading?

No. All our pieces are designed with safety and comfort in mind: no external threading, with internal threading or push pin system options. This prevents irritation and makes insertion easier.

Do you sell anodized jewelry?

No, we do not sell anodized jewelry. While titanium can be anodized, we do not perform this process.

Is the jewelry shipped sterilized?

No, the jewelry is not shipped sterilized. The professional must perform sterilization according to their usual protocols.

What tools do you sell?

The only tools we sell are insertion tapers for the jewelry. Our tapers are also made of implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) and are compatible with the closure type of all our jewelry.

We do not sell jewelry displays.

B2B Access and Registration

How can I access the catalog and prices?

The complete catalog is available online. You only need to be registered as a B2B customer to access the prices and make purchases.

Once your registration is validated, you will be able to see all prices excluding VAT and per unit.

Do you have a physical store or sales representatives?

We do not have a physical store open to the public, nor do we have representatives who visit customers. All purchases are made through our online store.

Can I request samples?

No, we do not send product samples.

Prices and Discounts

How are prices displayed?

Prices are displayed per unit and excluding taxes. The price will be reduced according to the quantity based on our quantity discounts.

What quantity discounts do you offer?

We work with tiered quantity discounts, applicable to the unit price of each item:

  • 3 units of the same item: 10% discount
  • 6 units of the same item: 20% discount
  • 12 units of the same item: 30% discount
  • 100 units of the same item: 40% discount

These discounts are automatically applied when adding the corresponding units to the cart.

Are there additional discounts based on order volume?

Yes, we offer additional discounts based on the total order amount (before taxes):

  • €500 or more: 5% discount
  • €1,200 or more: 7% discount
  • €3,000 or more: 10% discount
  • €6,000 or more: 12% discount
  • €10,000 or more: 15% discount

This volume discount is stackable with quantity discounts.

Do you offer a discount for newsletter subscription?

Yes, when you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a surprise discount coupon to use on your next purchase.

Taxes

What taxes apply in Spain?

The general tax for Spain is 21% VAT.

For customers under the special Equivalence Surcharge regime, an additional 5.2% is added. You can activate the equivalence surcharge for future purchases by accessing the customer panel, "Equivalence Surcharge" section, and selecting "Yes".

How does it work for EU intra-community customers?

For intra-community customers registered as intra-community operators, compliance will be verified through the VIES registry using their tax identification number (VAT).

Orders and Shipping

What is the minimum order?

To place an order at LUXUTI, a minimum amount of €100 (excluding taxes) is required.

Shipping costs are included from the minimum order for all of continental Europe, with no additional charges.

When is my order prepared?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours from our headquarters. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

What are the delivery times in Spain?

For domestic shipments within the peninsula:

  • Correos: 24/48 hours (included free)
  • MRW Express: 24 hours (additional cost shown during checkout)
What are the international delivery times?

For international shipments (continental European Union):

  • UPS Standard: 3 to 5 business days
  • UPS Express: 1 to 2 business days (additional cost shown during checkout)
Which areas do you ship to?

We ship to all of continental European Union and the Balearic Islands.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all shipments have a tracking number that guarantees complete traceability. In addition to being sent by email, you can access the tracking link from "Order History" in your account.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Bank transfer (the order will be cancelled if the transfer is not completed within a maximum of 7 days)

We do not offer cash on delivery.

Where can I find my invoice?

Upon receiving your order, you will find the invoice in PDF format in the order history of your account.

Can I return my order?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
