Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return Conditions
- Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging and with tags intact.
- Returns of damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Process
To request a return, the customer must follow these steps:
- Access the "Order History" section of your account.
- Select the order you want to return an item from by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the checkbox next to their name(s).
- Add the quantity you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
- (optional) Add an explanation, so that the customer service team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
- Click on "Request a return".
Once the request has been reviewed by LUXUTI's customer service department, we will contact the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it complies with the established conditions, the amount of the order will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
