ORDER PREPARATION

Preparation times. The time it takes to prepare an order varies depending on the product and stock availability.

  • Products in stock: They will be prepared within a maximum of 24 working hours from the confirmation of the order.
  • Products on request: The preparation time will be communicated to the customer by email with the estimated preparation date once the order has been received.

Packaging. The products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport. Recycled and biodegradable materials are used whenever possible.

SHIPPING AREAS

At LUXUTI we ship to the entire national territory (Peninsula Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). We also ship internationally. Please see the specific conditions for international shipments below.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipment selected:

  • Between 24 and 48 hours for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, offering a delivery quality of 90% in the first 24 hours.
  • Between 48 and 72 hours for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

At LUXUTI we are committed to delivering orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, inclement weather or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight and volume of the order. You can check the shipping cost of your order during the purchase process before completing it. At LUXUTI we offer free shipping for orders over €300.

Customers from Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and International are responsible for all TARIFFS, FEES AND CUSTOMS TAXES associated with delivery to these destinations.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your shipment on the shipping company's website.

DELIVERIES

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday during business hours. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If we are unable to deliver your order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will also contact you to explain where your order is and how to have it sent to you again.

Additional costs arising from the impossibility of making the delivery due to having provided an incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact telephone number and/or email, or due to the repeated absence of the recipient or failure to collect your package from the carrier's warehouse after the period established by each carrier according to its conditions, will be borne by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

At LUXUTI we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs for international shipments vary depending on the destination. Check the specific conditions for your case by contacting our customer service.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please check the return conditions in our returns policy.
